The visit runs the full checklist: kitchen surfaces and stovetop, bathrooms top to bottom, dust on every reachable surface, floors vacuumed then mopped edge-first, beds made, trash out. Linens change on request. Nothing on the list is an upcharge, and the list is the same one the deep clean starts from.
The rhythm. Two-week rhythm is the most common and the best value per visit. Monthly suits smaller homes; weekly suits busy households and homes with pets.
$135 to $225 for most homes on the route, set by bedrooms, bathrooms, and square feet. Written before the first visit.
The listed prices are already the recurring prices. The first deep clean, when a home needs one, is quoted separately.
Inside appliances, inside cabinets, grout scrubbing beyond the surface pass, and laundry. Those are add-ons at $45 to $90 or part of a deep clean.
